Hi, I’m Lanne! By day, I’m a Sales Consultant, and by night, I escape to my happy place—the kitchen. Here, I whip up meals that strike the perfect balance between healthy and indulgent. Whether it’s a nourishing dinner or a fun treat, I believe food should feed the soul and spark joy. Let’s cook, laugh, and savor every bite together!

In a world filled with overconsumption, overmedication, and overworking, I am just finally OVER IT!

When I think of my happiest times, it’s almost always in the kitchen—cooking, baking, and whipping up meals that feed the soul. There’s something magical about dicing veggies, measuring out spices, and icing a cake. Call me weird, but I even find cleaning up afterward kind of therapeutic.

Sustainable living has always been important to me. But what does that really mean when it comes to food? It’s about knowing where your food comes from, how it got to your table, and making choices that are kinder to the planet. It means shopping local, and supporting your farmers’ market because it takes less energy to get that food to your table. It means using up what’s in the fridge instead of letting it rot in the back (guilty as charged).

Eating seasonally is key. And yes, reducing meat helps cut down greenhouse emissions and supports biodiversity—win-win. Throw in eating a variety of foods to keep agriculture diverse, and you’re doing your part for the environment (and your tastebuds). Plus, it gives you an excuse to experiment with ingredients you might have overlooked before.

Making small, smart choices about what you eat and where it comes from isn’t just good for the planet—it’s good for you. My goal? Show you how you can enjoy healthy, nutritious meals 80% of the time and still treat yourself to the fun stuff the other 20%. Because life is all about balance, right?
